Elev8 Car Rentals SMS Program
Elev8 Car Rentals offers optional text-message updates related to customer reservations and rentals. Messages may include booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, extension requests, late-return notices, deposit-status updates, and customer-service responses.
Consent
Enrollment is voluntary. You may opt in by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox during booking or by making another clear written request to receive text messages. The checkbox is not preselected, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting a vehicle.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your reservation and rental activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Elev8 Car Rentals. Reply HELP for help, or call Elev8 Car Rentals at 281-723-7514. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing reservation or rental obligation.
Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or network availability.
Privacy
